## Pricing and timelines

- Pricing is quoted after a free 30-minute audit, once the first build is scoped.
- Most first builds go live in 3–7 days.
- Complex automation takes 2–4 weeks.

## Process

1. Audit (day 0): free, thirty minutes. The inbox, the tools, and the work that gets retyped. The first build is scoped in the meeting; pricing is quoted after it.
2. Build (days 1–5, typically): voice, chat, software, a site, or a workflow, connected to the tools already in use. Fully managed by us. You review it before it goes live.
3. Launch (typically day 3–7): it goes live next to the way you work now. We deploy and monitor. Complex automation in 2–4 weeks.
4. Run: the system runs. Anything that needs judgment goes to a person. Add the next system when the first one is doing the work.
